3 Weeks Sleep Consultation

How does it work?

  • Once you’ve booked the consultation, you’ll schedule an initial video call to discuss your child’s sleep habits in detail, as well as your goals for their sleep routine.

  • After replying all the questions about your currently routine, Claudia will provide you with a personalized sleep plan that includes different methods for you to review and discuss together over a video call for 30 minutes.

  • During this time Claudia will be available for you. Questions, comments, support will be here for you via email, whatsapp or sms.

  • YES! Go ahead, book the call and we will meet soon.

Call with or without follow-up?

How does it work?

  • You have two options:

    Option 1: Book a single call for 45 minutes do discuss any questions you have about sleeping. This call is recommended to parents who their babies already sleep, but suddenly start to wake up, or problems with naps.

    Option 2: Book a single call for 30 minutes and follow up for 3 weeks via message, WhatsApp or Telegram. This plan doesn’t include a written personalized plan. This is a great option for naps transitioning, from bassinet to crib, or crib to bed. If your baby is waking up every hour, plese book a 3 weeks sleep consultation.
