One day, my husband saw how desperate I was and encouraged me to get certified as a sleep consultant. As I applied what I was learning with Matt and later with GG, I discovered gentle, effective methods that truly work. Today, I’m here to help families like yours reclaim peaceful nights and more energized days.

One-on-One Sleep Coaching

With 3 weeks of personalized guidance, I’ll help your little one fall asleep independently and stay asleep. Created for babies age 12 weeks to 4 years, this program teaches them how to sleep all night and take long naps—using proven, gentle strategies backed by pediatric sleep science.
Initial Consultation: We’ll start with a call to understand your baby’s sleep needs, concerns, and current habits. After this call, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire that will help me create a personalized sleep plan for your baby.
Personalized Sleep Plan: Based on the information gathered, I’ll design a tailored sleep plan for your baby. This plan will include a variety of strategies and techniques to teach your baby not only to sleep independently but also to fall asleep on their own. The most important part of this plan is that you choose the technique that best fits your family’s needs.
Implementation & Support: Over the course of three weeks, we’ll work together to put the plan into action. During this time, I’ll be available to guide you and provide ongoing support.
With love, patience, and consistency, we’ll help your baby learn to fall asleep calmly and independently.

FOLLOW-UP CALL
Initial Consultation: We’ll begin with a call to understand your baby’s sleep needs, concerns, and habits. After this call, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire that will help guide you through the 3-week process. During our 1-hour conversation, we’ll go over your questions in detail and I’ll walk you step by step through how to help your baby sleep independently and fall asleep on their own.
Follow-Up: You’ll receive ongoing support for 3 weeks through the communication channel of your choice.
